prasad929707@gmail.comPrasad Mali publishes research, interactive tools, and analyses at the intersection of business and curiosity. His published work spans quick commerce unit economics, Indian organised retail and mall trends, financial markets tracking, and personal productivity systems. He approaches each topic by building something — a model, a calculator, a database — rather than just writing about it.
An interactive profitability model for quick commerce dark stores in India. The central argument: delivery speed is an emergent property of order volume — not a business decision. Dense neighbourhoods generate enough orders to sustain a dedicated rider fleet, which is what makes 10-minute delivery physically possible. Low-density areas cannot, regardless of intent. The model lets users input local conditions (households, adoption rate, AOV, costs) and calculates what delivery speed the economics can actually sustain.
An analysis of the state of organised retail in India — what the numbers say about footfall trends, vacancy rates, and which mall formats are holding up versus struggling. Covers the structural challenges facing Indian malls and where the exceptions lie.
